Thomas Hustwit Morrell 8th Battalion Suffolk Regiment no:16020 Died 25th of December 1916 Thomas Morrell was born In Bradford/Yorkshire. in 1911 his job was as a plasterer. He lived at number 69 Napier Street in Bradford. When he joined the war he enlisted in Chatteris; he was 34 and he was married. He got married to Selena Boarder in 1901 in Holloway, London. At the time he was a boiler maker. When people join up to war they are given a battalion number. His was 16020. In the army he was in the 8th battalion of the Suffolk regiment. He was injured in the trenches probably on the Somme and he died in one of the hospitals in Abbeville on Christmas day 1916. Paragraph 3 medals and where buried/commemorated.
